Peter Madden and Abigail Esman have exhibited the art of John Lennon since 1997, when, at the personal invitation of Yoko Ono, they produced their first exhibition in Amsterdam, Holland.

An internationally-published art critic and art journalist, Abigail Esman was raised in the New York art world and has worked as a private dealer selling prints and paintings by Modern Masters (Picasso, Dubuffet, Warhol and others) since 1988. A native Australian now living in the Netherlands, Peter Madden opened Galerie Boomerang/Immaculate Conceptions in Amsterdam in 1993. The gallery specializes in Australian aboriginal and non-aboriginal art.

Working in association with Yoko Ono and the Estate of John Lennon/Bag One Arts, Madden and Esman have produced numerous exhibitions of Lennon's art across Europe, and are the only authorized agents of the John Lennon Estate based on the European continent (though we also maintain offices in the US).

John Lennon Art Projects works directly with Yoko Ono and the Estate of John Lennon/Bag One Arts to offer the complete collection of John Lennon's art work, from the newest Estate releases to hand-signed original Bag One prints, as well as original drawings and other documents. All come with a certificate of authenticity and are guaranteed.
